A Weekend to Recenter and Renew

Join us September 12–14, 2025, for a Christ-centered women’s retreat designed to help you reflect on your story, release what no longer serves you, and receive the peace and clarity God has for you—all in a peaceful, nourishing environment with home-cooked meals and meaningful connection.

  • Learn how your life experiences have shaped you and where God has shown up along the way.

  • Let go of mental and emotional burdens and open yourself to peace, clarity, and renewal.

  • Share life and faith with like-hearted women in a warm, supportive environment.

  • Enjoy fresh, home-cooked meals while your spirit is fed through Biblical teaching and rest.

  • Step away from daily distractions to remember who you are and what truly matters.

“Our heart needs to hear from the Creator. It needs to be in community with other women and it needs to be able to let go of the things that keep us so discouraged and distracted.
If you are thinking about this retreat, just say yes and do it. God will show up and He will honor your obedience, and you will be delighted and refreshed.”

“I could not believe the cost for Healing from the Inside Out. I have seen retreats like this and attended retreats like this that have cost thousands of dollars and this is such an amazing price. Your accommodations, meals and an amazing experience not only in nature, but with other Christians and teaching that will bring your heart closer to God. It is worth it!”

What to Expect

This weekend is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect with God, and tend to the parts of your story that often get overlooked. Through heartfelt teaching, quiet reflection, and shared moments with other women, you’ll experience what it means to be truly healthy from the inside out. See our speakers below and a brief look into two of our workshops.

  • CEO of Journey to The Well

On opening night, you will be invited to reflect on your own life story. In this workshop, you will learn to discover how your life has been shaped, the impact you carry, and the way it shows up in the present. You will hear a common biblical story in a way that invites you to discover when and how, God, and others, have shown up for you. We were created for connection. The bonds we share with others bring transformational healing, re-wiring our brains to discover a new story written by our Heavenly Father.

  • Speaker & Mindset Coach

After you’ve taken the powerful first step of discovering your story, this next session creates space to release what’s been weighing you down—and receive the peace, clarity, and courage that God is offering you.

Stephanie Martino is a faith-centered mindset coach and speaker who helps women shift from stuck and overwhelmed to confident and purpose-driven. Through her Release & Receive workshop, she guides women to gently let go of the thoughts, expectations, and pressures they’ve been carrying—often without even realizing it—and to create room in their hearts and minds for truth, healing, and freedom.

This interactive experience includes a guided journaling and personal reflection time, gentle movement and breathwork, faith-based encouragement, and a supportive, uplifting space for connection

You’ll leave this workshop feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply encouraged to keep walking forward in truth—renewed in spirit and reconnected to the woman God created you to be.
