Walking Through Woods

Honoring The Temple

Summer 2026 (Dates TBA) | Journey to The Well
Focus: Physical Health — “This Is My Body”

Your body is more than flesh and bone—it’s a temple, a vessel through which God’s Spirit moves. Yet so often we ignore its needs, push past its signals, or forget its sacred design.

Honoring the Temple is a weekend retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body as a gift from God. Through story, movement, and faith-filled practices, you’ll learn to care for yourself with tenderness, build healthy rhythms, and step forward with renewed strength and dignity.
