The Well

Founded out of a desire for connection — a space to breathe, to meet, and to grow.

Scott & Shantel Beck - Founders of The Well

Life is a journey…
so, let the journey begin.

The Word “well” is biblically symbolic of a thriving community. People built their homes, farms, and their families centered around a well. Water is the very source of life. Without it, we die. With it, we live, we grow, we plant, we harvest, we create, etc... Wells also served as gathering places, facilitating important encounters and negotiations. They were often settings for significant events, symbolizing life, prosperity, and provision! It is our prayer that those who enter here will feel welcomed, engaged, joined, loved, encouraged, and empowered. We invite you to relax, enjoy, laugh, think hard at times, take on fresh perspectives, and most importantly, breathe!

What You’ll Experience

  • 6 Homes + 1 Lodge surrounded by lakes, wooded trails, campfires, and more!

  • A hospitality team ready to help you “taste and See that the Lord is good!”.

  • For groups large and small, our spaces were intentionally designed for serenity and community.

At Journey to The Well, we believe connection happens best when people slow down. That’s why we’ve created a retreat space where every detail is intentional. Here you’ll find…

The Why Behind The Well

Scott and Shantel Beck are on a mission to create space
for individuals, couples, families, and teams, to experience renewal -- relationally and spiritually --
through Biblical teaching, story-centered care, and a touch of nature.

Every gathering at The Well is guided by our desire to see lives renewed and communities strengthened.

We’d love to welcome you here

Whether you come for a weekend retreat, a leadership gathering, family vacation, or a quiet time of renewal, our hope is the same: that you leave refreshed and reconnected. We’d love for you to experience The Well for yourself.
