The Well
Pastors retreat
Pastors spend their lives pouring into others—listening, leading, and carrying the burdens of those they serve. But few carve out space to rest, to receive, or to reconnect with their own hearts and marriages.
The Well Pastors Journey
a 3-day restorative experience designed for pastors and their spouses to step away from the demands of ministry and rediscover the joy of rest, renewal, and relationship.
Happening February 28-March 3, 2027 and May 19-22, 2027
Your Experience
Through a guided progression of teaching sessions, process groups, and unhurried free time, participants explore themes of safety, vulnerability, boundaries, grief, forgiveness, and redemption—moving toward deeper wholeness and connection.
Because when pastors lead from emotional, relational, and spiritual health, they not only endure in ministry—they flourish.

“I walked in completely broken, hopeless, unbelieving in the future, God's prophecies and promises. Having a group of people who sat with me in my pain, who were more than for me but empathetized with me in my situations was so validating. Suffering from compounded grief over multiple betrayals, family traumas, ministry dissappointments and more. I could feel the blankets of grief lifting off of me after each storywork session and the one on one time helped reignite a small bubble of joy to trickle back into my soul. Yesterday I awoke and said I want to play a happy song to listen to!! My team mates are commenting on smile back on my face as I continue my healing journey. The Pastoral Retreat met me at the crossroads of which do I choose bitter or better. Thank you for serving me when I couldnt help my self!! The facility is outstanding! A must see!”
